William Leonard
Meet Co-Founder, William Leonard!
A Ball State University alumnus, he made Indianapolis his home in 2017 and promptly purchased his first rental property that very year. Will brings a unique understanding of owner needs and client service to L&L, honed by years of experience as a controller for a major Indianapolis-based developer. He now leverages this financial acumen and experience as co-owner of L&L. Will’s passion for the business is evident, transforming simple client inquiries into forward-thinking plans and a shared vision for the future. Beyond the office, Will enjoys some downtime tossing a frisbee for his Corgi, Rizzo, and escaping to the shores of Morrison Lake in west Michigan during his summer breaks. He anticipates a productive year filled with growth and opportunity for L&L.

Julia Lozano
Meet Co-Founder, Julia Lozano!
A lifelong Hoosier, Julia has called Indianapolis home since attending Butler University. She began her career building strong relationships and leading marketing, events, and fundraising initiatives for local non-profit organizations. Today, she applies that same community-focused leadership as co-owner of L&L Property Group, overseeing property management operations with a commitment to excellence.
Julia is currently expanding her business expertise by pursuing an MBA in Finance at Butler University, further strengthening her strategic and financial leadership. Guided by her core values of honesty, integrity, and disciplined goal-setting, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
